Tell us your dates

Send us your preferred move-in date and how long you plan to stay in Odense.

View it, live or on video

Visit the apartment in person, or take a live video viewing if you are booking from abroad.

Sign first, then pay

You receive the lease to review and sign digitally. The deposit (two months' rent) is only paid after you have a signed lease, to our Danish company account.

Key handover

We meet you at the apartment, hand over the keys and walk you through your new home. Fresh bedding, equipped kitchen, ready to live in.

Rent with confidence. We never ask for payment before you have a signed lease. And you do not have to take our word for anything: check our company in the official Danish business register (CVR 45079449, Bolio Ejendomsadministration ApS), call us, or visit our office at Ørstedsgade 19A in central Odense.

A landlord you can visit, not just a website

ServicedApartments.dk is run by Bolio, a family-owned property group that has developed and rented out quality homes in Odense since 2013. We renovate historic buildings and build new ones, and we manage everything ourselves from our office in the city.

When you rent from us, you rent directly from the owner. Our administration team answers your questions before, during and after your stay, and our craftsmen are local. That is what serviced means to us.

Why Odense

Denmark's third-largest city, without the big-city prices

Odense combines a walkable historic centre, a growing robotics and tech scene, Odense University Hospital and the University of Southern Denmark, all connected by the new light rail. Copenhagen is 75 minutes away by train. It is an easy city to arrive in, and a hard one to leave.
